Chocolate Sauce

2 quarts semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons espresso powder
4 cups heavy cream

Bring cream up to just a boil and pour over first three ingredients. Stir until all melted and all ingredients are incorporated.

Yield: 1 quart
