Thyme Vinaigrette

1/4 cup fresh thyme loosely packed
1/4 smalll yellow onion diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons extra strong musrard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup rice wine vinegar
3 cups olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Blend first 6 ingredients and slowely add oli. Salt and pepper to taste.
Yield: 1 quart
