Good Morning Regina,
I wanted to write you to tell you how great everything was Saturday night. The guests had a wonderful time and can't spot talking about how outstanding the food was. From the presentation to the taste, everything was flawless. I wouldn't have been able to pull everything together without your help.
Not only did some of the guest make in workplace connections, they were also exposed to your great company. People have already contacted me for your information. It's going to be strange not emailing you every few days anymore, but I look forward to working with you again in the future. I'm already trying to figure out what we can plan together soon.
Do you guys do box lunches? We need those at the office often. Anyway, thanks again and please tell the rest of the staff that we are forever grateful for their service. Please stay in touch and happy holidays!

John and I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what an AMAZING job we thought you did at our wedding. At least 3 dozen people (or more!) have told us that the food at the wedding was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. And our family likes to eat! So that's saying a lot. :)
And, thank you for all the special touches - the signature champagne cocktail, the lights on the trees at the bar, etc. - it all just came together perfectly. Pretty much every one at the wedding told us that it was "the best wedding they had ever been to and probably will ever attend." You and your team were a huge part of that. So thank you!!

Dear Jeff and crew,
Your work was wonderful, as we knew it would be. As I told you, people
gasped when they saw your display and raved when they tasted your food!
(Even as I write this, Julien and I are enjoying a bit of the left-
over cheeses.) Everyone was so relaxed and happy Sun. night. This was
especially welcome since Gil Fisher, one of our dear and hard-working
members, had just died and his funeral was just three days away
(today). We'd all been so down and your wonderful service helped us to
put that burden aside for the night.
I do wish you could have seen the eager joy with which the poor and
homeless enjoyed their snacks provided from the left-overs. Steve and
Tim have spaced it out through the whole week so each day there can be
some lovely goodies available.
Please thank all of your people for us, especially the wine steward.
He was exceptionally personable, just what we hoped for as people came
into the parish hall. I'm so glad you had a nice conversation with
Tim. He is a gem and you two seemed to be enjoying the moment.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your added help yesterday. It seems as though there was same miscommunication regarding timing and you and your staff handled like true professionals. Thanks too for letting us "bend" the rules to get a few photos from the balcony. Everyone had a terrific time and the food and service were exceptional!!!!
At the risk of being a real pest...I want to beg you for your carrot soufflé recipe. It was absolutely on of the best things I have ever tasted at a catered affair.

Marty & I wanted to thank you for the wonederful job you did for our wedding. Heidi, the tzaziki was perfect & all of the food was delicious and presented so beautifully! Jeff, you worked miracles with the decorations at such a last minute change. Your servers were so professional despite being frozen. Everyone had a wonderful time and it was such a relief to Marty and I that we never had to worry about anything. So thank you again for making the day so special for us.
